All items in stock will be shipped within three working days of bank payment clearance confirmation.

on the destination countries, the delivery transit time is between 3-5 working days.

If the delivery address is located in a remote outlying area, some international express courier
company imposes additional Extended Delivery Area charges. These charges are separate from those initially applied to
your order and will be subsequently charged back to you, without any further reference to you.
Please note that any applicable duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) shall be borne by the customers
at destination countries.
Please note that shipments are not insured and TVBImovies will not be responsible for any damage

Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
VCDs are not always defect-free. We do checked all our VCDs before shipment but should any defective ones slip through; we
will replace it.
DVDs Format
Kindly ensure your DVD player is capable of multi-format/all-region playback. We are not responsible if your DVD
player is not able to playback the DVD format of the movies ordered.
We may also provide a list of credit cards that we accept on this page in the future.
